Alison Mclean is the current chair of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Community of Practice for the developmental service sector in Ontario. They are a trusted voice and leader in addressing equity and social justice issues in the Ontario developmental services sector.

In the course of their careers, Alison and Jermaine couldn't help but notice a stark lack of representation for Black and racialized individuals as they advanced into higher level positions.
