Alison Mclean is the current chair of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Community of Practice for the developmental service sector in Ontario. They are a trusted voice and leader in addressing equity and social justice issues in the Ontario developmental services sector.

Our Team

In the course of their careers, Alison and Jermaine couldn't help but notice a stark lack of representation for Black and racialized individuals as they advanced into higher level positions. Undeterred, they consistently spoke out against injustice and discrimination, driven by their unwavering belief in a more equitable future for themselves.

    Alison Mclean is a researcher specializing in inequitable access to Health Systems as well as anti-Blackness and hate. She brings a wealth of expertise as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant, educator, and advocate, with a profound understanding of anti-racism, anti-oppression, and the lasting effects of colonialism.

    Jermaine is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in operations management and system optimization. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles including Regional and Recruiting Manager, as well as Director of Sales and Marketing, within a prominent national manufacturing and maintenance company.
